10. CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL

• The consequences arising from the withdrawal of consent shall be borne by the Data Principal.
• Withdrawal of consent may affect continuation of employment, consultancy, vendor relationship, or service delivery where processing of personal data is necessary for such engagement.
• Withdrawal shall not affect the legality of processing carried out prior to such withdrawal.
